1. How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
2. How do I start a return?
Email help@bluedail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is lost or damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect.
4. What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we take full responsibility and will issue a full refund, including both the item cost and shipping fee, for the affected order.
5. My item arrived damaged—what do you need from me?
Email help@bluedail.com with your order number and clear photos of:
- the outer packaging
- the damaged area
Once verified, we typically issue a full refund, including both the item cost and shipping fee, within 5 business days. Bank posting times may vary.
6. What items are not returnable?
We do not accept returns for:
- handmade items
- custom or personalized items
- personal care or beauty products
- hazardous materials
- sale items
- gift cards
7. Ordering a handmade item—how can I avoid sizing or material issues?
Before placing your order, please contact help@bluedail.com. We’ll provide professional sizing and product recommendations, including material guidance, to help you choose the best fit.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

1. Returns (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the original packaging
- with tags attached
- accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions.
Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions apply if the item is:
- lost in transit
- damaged in transit
- defective
- incorrect
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@bluedail.com so we can make it right.
4. Lost or Damaged in Transit (We Take Full Responsibility)
For any purchase made on bluedail.com, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and will provide a full refund, including both the item cost and shipping fee, for the affected order.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- email help@bluedail.com
- include your order number
- attach clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged area
Once verified, we typically issue a full refund, including both the item cost and shipping fee, within 5 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- handmade items, including Hanfu, handmade jewelry, Qipao dresses, embroidered shoes, and similar products
- custom or personalized items, including special orders, made-to-order items, and personalized products
- personal care and beauty products
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- sale items
- gift cards

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- return your original item, if eligible
- place a new order once your return is accepted
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the original packaging
- with tags attached
- accompanied by proof of purchase
8. Refund Timing
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- within 10 business days after approval for processing
- your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at help@bluedail.com.
